Por lo cual me encargue de elaborar los siguientes puntos:

TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES
>General<

•Comunícame que es lo que quieres en el formulario de pedido; estilo, si será fullbody, half body, etc. (Personajes extras y fondos también.) Se especificó y claro con lo que deseas pedir.•Dependiendo de lo que desees o especifiques en el formulario puedo aceptar o rechazar tu comisión. (Si acaso es rechazada especificare el motivo.)•Mis precios son para comisiones de uso personal. Por lo que poseo los derechos de la imagen, en caso de buscar uso comercial o lucrativo favor de comunicarlo conmigo o especificarlo en el formulario.•Una vez acepte tu pedido, me darás referencias de los personajes/ocs/personas que dibujare. Si son imágenes por favor que sean en buena calidad y visibles, en caso de descripciones entre más concisas mejor. (Es importante describir la personalidad del personaje para representarlo lo mejor posible)•El pago será del 100% (Paypal, Oxxo, o en cualquier banco de MÉXICO) antes de comenzar a trabajar en tu comisión. (Acepto MXN y USD)
Una vez que me proporciones foto del ticket o yo revise y que confirme que has realizado el depósito, pasarás a una lista de espera. (Una vez yo cuente con el pago empiezan los compromisos de mi parte. SOLO hasta entonces)•Ya en la lista de espera, estoy comprometida a darte avances si así los solicitas una vez apruebes el boceto a color, a mantenerme comunicada contigo (por ejemplo, si tengo algún contratiempo y eso retrasa o entorpece mi desempeño), y responder cualquier duda que tengas hasta que finalice la comisión y estés satisfecho/a con ella.•Dependiendo de la complejidad de la comisión es el tiempo que tardare en entregarla. Si es para una fecha especial, por favor, avísame para establecer un día límite, y tenerla lista lo antes posible. (Esto último conlleva un cargo extra por priorizar y adelantar tu pedido)•Si ha pasado un mes y yo no he podido entregar tu comisión (ni comunicarme o mandar avances) estás en tu derecho de dialogar conmigo o en todo caso pedir por un reembolso.•Durante el proceso, te proporcionare el primer boceto de tu comisión, podrás cambiar lo que desees, y una vez lo apruebes, procederé a mostrarlo coloreada, ese sería el último cambio que podrías hacer como cliente. Una vez terminada la comisión, los cambios serían cargos extra.•Tu comisión iría a mi portafolio como ejemplo de mi trabajo y servicio. En caso de querer mantenerla privada tiene un cargo extra.•Por último, cualquier pregunta, duda, queja, sugerencia, recomendación, etc, está el inbox en mi página, facebook, instagram, twitter y correo.

>PAGO<•Acepto pagos por PayPal (internacional o nacional) y transferencias bancarias para México.•El pago es del 100% y por adelantado.•Enviar el depósito del dinero solo hasta que haya aceptado tu pedido.•Costos extras por personaje, fondos y detalles se especificaran y calcularan.•No hay regateos o reducción del precio. Sin embargo, suelo tener dinámicas, sorteos o cupones/épocas de descuento para clientes y clientes frecuentes.•El envió y recibo del pago indica que aceptas los términos y condiciones planteados en este documento.

>PROCESO Y VELOCIDAD DE TRABAJO<•El tiempo de realización de una comisión depende de la complejidad y mi tiempo/deberes fuera de mi trabajo de freelancer, pues cuento con una vida fuera del ordenador y problemas como cualquier otra persona. Pero en promedio puede ir de 1 semana hasta 8 semanas.•En caso de contratiempos o que me tome más tiempo del establecido me comunicare. Puedes sentirte en libertad de preguntar por el estado de tu comisión en cualquier momento.•Por favor se paciente. El arte lleva tiempo y esfuerzo•Si simplemente tienes curiosidad en qué lugar o estado se encuentra tu pedido, revisar la to-do-list.

>CAMBIOS<•Los cambios que se realicen totalmente gratis son solo en la etapa de envió y aprobación de boceto. (Y wips posteriores en caso de que lo solicites)•Modificaciones menores o retoques en cuanto el trabajo esté finalizado también van sin costo (ejemplo, ajustes de color, efectos, detalles en el fondo, etc)•Para evitar cambios que excedan esa norma y generen costo extra, favor de ser lo más específicos posibles en el formulario y a la hora de envió de bocetos.

>REEMBOLSOS<•Emitiré el reembolso total de la comisión solo en caso de no haber comenzado tu pedido. Antes de emitirlo, favor de comunicarse conmigo para quedar en los mejores términos posibles. Como artista y prestadora de servicios como freelancer estaré abierta al dialogo.•Una vez el trabajo esté aprobado, concluido y enviado NO se permiten reembolsos por ningún motivo.

>EL CLIENTE<•Puedes pedir el png (fondo transparente) de tu comisión sin costo extra.•Los fondos simples no tienen costo (favor de especificar los colores solidos o elementos que lo conformarían)•Ser cliente frecuente aumenta tus posibilidades de recibir descuentos y/o ser partícipe de dinámicas exclusivas.•Si alguien te recomendó mi trabajo favor de especificarlo (junto con la persona que lo hizo) para recibir pequeños beneficios.•Si mi trabajo y servicio/atención fue de tu agrado, apreciaría reviews positivas y recomendaciones con tus cercanos. (Críticas constructivas también son bien recibidas)•Mi dm e inbox estará disponible en cualquier momento (es diferente a poder contestar a todas hrs) no dudes en que en cuanto tenga tiempo libre atenderé tus dudas o comentarios con respecto a mi trabajo o tu pedido.-Fanalishiro

TERMS OF SERVICE
>General<

•Let me know what you want in the order form; style, if it will be full-body, half-body, etc. (Extra characters and backgrounds too.) Be specific and clear with what you want to order.•Depending on what you want or specify in the form I can accept or reject your commission (if it is rejected I will specify the reason).•My prices are for personal use commissions. So I own the rights to the image, in case of seeking commercial or lucrative use please contact me or specify it in the form.•Once I accept your order, you will give me references for the characters/OCs/persons I will draw. If they are images please be of good quality and visible, in the case of descriptions the more concise the better (It is important to describe the personality of the character to represent them as best as possible).•The payment will be 100% (Paypal, Oxxo, or any bank in MEXICO) before starting to work on your commission (I accept MXN and USD) Once
you provide me with a photo of the ticket or I check and confirm that you have made the deposit, you will go to a waiting list. (Once I have the payment, the commitments from my side start. ONLY until then)•Already on the waiting list, I am committed to giving you advances if you request them once you approve the color sketch, to keep in touch with you (for example, if I have any setback that delays or hinders my performance), and to answer any questions you may have until the commission is finished and you are satisfied with it.•Depending on the complexity of the commission is the time it will take me to deliver it. If it is for a special date, please let me know to set a deadline, and have it ready as soon as possible. (The latter entails an extra charge for prioritizing and bringing your order forward).•If a month has passed and I have not been able to deliver your commission (nor communicate or send me any progress) you have the right to dialogue with me or in any case ask for a refund.•During the process, I will provide you with the first sketch of your commission, you will be able to change what you want, and once you approve it, I will proceed to show it colored, which would be the last chance you could make as a client. Once the commission is finished, changes would be extra charges.•Your commission would go to my portfolio as an example of my work and service. In case you want to keep it private there is an extra charge.•Finally, for any question, doubt, complaint, suggestion, recommendation, etc, there is the inbox on my page, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and mail.

>PAYMENT<•I accept PayPal payments (international or domestic) and bank transfers to Mexico.•Payment is 100% in advance.•Send the money deposit only until I have accepted your order.•Extra costs per character, background, and details will be specified and calculated.•There is no haggling or price reduction. However, I usually have dynamics, raffles, or discount coupons/seasons for customers and repeat customers.•Sending and receiving payment indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

>PROCESS AND SPEED OF WORK<•The time to complete a commission depends on the complexity and my time/duties outside my freelancer job, as I have a life outside the computer and problems like anyone else. But on average it can range from 1 week to 8 weeks.•In case of any setbacks or if it takes me longer than expected I will contact you. You can feel free to inquire about the status of your commission at any time.•Please be patient. Art takes time and effort•If you are simply curious about the location or status of your order, check the to-do list.

>REFUNDS<•I will issue a full refund of the commission only if I have not started your order. Before issuing it, please contact me to be on the best possible terms.
